Joy Wellness Partners is committed to offering only the highest quality products and services. We provide products that are registered with NSF International® (National Sanitation Foundation) and are compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)*; therefore, we do not resell returned items. This ensures that every product purchased from Joy Wellness Partners has been kept under the proper conditions at all times. Our products are third-party certified, are subject to internal and external audits, and include accurate labeling of allergens and sources. 

Occasionally a product may not meet expectations, so most products are eligible for return credit within 30 days. However, heat sensitive and perishable items are not eligible for return credit.

To initiate a return, please email info@joywellnesspartners.com for a return authorization number.

All products must be returned unopened and unmarked and, with the exception of product errors on our part, are subject to a 25% processing fee, since we do not resell products. You are responsible for any return shipping cost. Joy Wellness Partners also places a maximum $500 return limit on any order.

*Joy Wellness Partners’ Return Policy does not apply to internet resellers. Internet resellers are not eligible for any return.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered for prepaid products or unperformed services within 30 days of purchase. For specialty testing, the refund will depend on what the lab has already done. (For example, if the lab has already shipped the test to you or begun the testing of the sample, we will not be able to refund the amount paid for the test.) For services which include a consultation that has already occurred, a refund will not be issued for the consultation. If you do not complete all of the services in a discounted package, the refund will reflect charges for the completed service(s) at the regular rate.
