Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees

All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation of items. Additional shipping charges may apply to packages containing large quantities, and/or heavy, bulky items. We will contact you within 2 business days if there are any additional charges necessary to complete the shipping of your order.

Order Processing

For orders placed before 12PM (noon) US Pacific Time on business days, we will do our best to process and ship them within 24 hours, provided there are no order issues pending your response. Orders placed after 12PM (noon) US Pacific Time or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Although most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 2 business days, some orders may take additional time. If there are any issues with your order that would cause delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. Possibilities for delays include (but are not limited to) an incorrect or incomplete address and inaccurate or incomplete payment information. 

Please NOTE: Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or US public holidays. During high-volume holiday seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

Orders ship from our San Diego, California office or directly from our wholesale pharmacies or suppliers. When shipping items from our San Diego office, we work with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide the best, most reliable and cost-effective shipping options. However, when orders are placed with external pharmacies and suppliers that use other delivery options, items that are ordered together may not be shipped together and may arrive at different times.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated Delivery Times below do not include order processing time. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Joy Wellness Partners and Carol Joy Bender, NP, A Nursing Corporation cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control including, but not limited to, severe weather, service interruptions and pharmacy stockouts. Additionally, significant challenges due to increased eCommerce and ordering volume plus Covid restrictions may extend shipping time in some circumstances.

  • United States Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Times 
  • Standard, FREE, No-Rush Shipping: Allow up to 10 business days
  • Orders over $100: Allow up to 10 business days
  • Two-Day Shipping: Allow 2 business days
  • One-Day Shipping: Allow 1 business day
  • Orders over $300 may require a signature

  • Local Orders Estimated Delivery Times: If a product is available in our San Diego location, we will have it ready for pickup in our office by the next business day.

Note: Delivery times depend on distance to location. Please note that Estimated Delivery Times do not include order processing or customs clearance time. Your tracking information will be updated with delivery information as your order approaches its destination. Delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Shipment Status

Not all of our suppliers automatically send tracking information. However, if you request it, we will do our best to retrieve it and send it to you.

If the tracking status shows the package as delivered and you have not received it, please wait 36 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. After 36 hours, we are happy to help open an investigation with the delivery service.
