Shipping Fees
All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation of items. Additional shipping charges may apply to packages containing large quantities and/or heavy, bulky items. We will contact you within 2 business days if there are any additional charges necessary to complete the shipping of your order.
Order Processing
For orders placed before 12PM (noon) US Pacific Time on business days, we will do our best to process and ship them within 24 hours, provided there are no order issues pending your response. Orders placed after 12PM (noon) US Pacific Time or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Although most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 2 business days, some orders may take additional time. If there are any issues with your order that would cause delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. Possibilities for delays include (but are not limited to) an incorrect or incomplete address and inaccurate or incomplete payment information.
Please Note: Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or US public holidays. During high-volume holiday seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
Orders ship from our San Diego, California office or directly from our wholesale pharmacies or suppliers. When shipping items from our San Diego office, we use the most reliable and cost-effective shipping carrier available at the time of shipment. This may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers, depending on delivery speed, reliability, and destination. When orders are placed with external pharmacies and suppliers that use their own delivery services, items that are ordered together may not be shipped together and may arrive at different times.
Out-of-State Shipping Policy
Because of the medical nature of certain products and the need to comply with varying pharmacy and shipping regulations, out-of-state shipments follow a special process:

Base Price Quote: We begin with the standard “ship-to-patient” code base price quote to estimate the initial shipping cost.

Reconstitution Option: Patients are asked to decide whether they would like the product reconstituted prior to shipping. Reconstitution generally requires overnight delivery, which averages an additional $50 to ensure product safety and temperature stability.

Final Shipping Quote & Approval: Once the shipping method and destination are confirmed, we calculate the best and most cost-effective carrier rate using our shipping service. We then text or contact the patient for approval before the order ships.

Additional costs for out-of-state delivery typically range from $15 to $50, depending on location and delivery method.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated Delivery Times below do not include order processing time. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Joy Wellness Partners and Carol Joy Bender, NP, A Nursing Corporation cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control including, but not limited to, severe weather, service interruptions, and pharmacy stockouts. Additionally, increased eCommerce demand or shipping restrictions may extend delivery times.

Note: Estimates apply to orders placed before 12PM (noon) US Pacific Time. Delivery service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Delivery times are based on distance to location.
Local Orders: If a product is available in our San Diego location, we will have it ready for pickup in our office by the next business day.
International Shipping (Canada and Mexico):

Delivery times depend on distance and do not include processing or customs clearance. Tracking will update as your order approaches its destination.
Shipment Status
Not all of our suppliers automatically send tracking information. However, if you request it, we will do our best to retrieve and send it to you.
If the tracking status shows the package as delivered and you have not received it, please wait 36 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. After 36 hours, we are happy to help open an investigation with the delivery service.
